  1. Holly –

    1. The screw holes were too small for the casters and i had to hammer them in to make large enough holes for the provided screws.
    2. I am missing one screw for the casters.
    3. One screw for the handles was messed up so it would not fit in the handle hole. I tried the screw on all the handles but it would not fit at all, so i determined the problem to be the screw, not the handle or the hole. Due to this, one handle is very loose and easily jiggles.
    4. The top drawer arrived a bit bent but still functional.

    At first look this is poor quality and flimsy material. Quality aside, what pushed me over to prompt a negative review were the multiple issues with the screws and holes. The least they could do was make sure the holes were big enough for the screws they provided, to give the accurate amount of screws, and to give functional screws that aren’t messed up.

    I do not recommend this product.

  2. JIM –

    Two small drawers on top and a large drawer on the bottom. Fit for personal storage and paperwork. It is not fire proof, just enough space for household records and office items.

    This cabinet came with a slight Dent in the side but does not affect The function of the cabinet. The metal on this is very thin and extremely light so you have to basically put one hand on the cabinet when you pull a drawer open. I didn’t really expect too much for the price and it works for what I wanted it to do in the short time.

    Hanging files work well, nice black finish. 2nd drawer (1st large drawer) locks. Easy to attach handles and rollers on the bottom.

    When my filing cabinet arrived there was no keys. Somewhere in the products travels box had to be retaped, ie: missing key. I’m very satisfied with the customer service getting another key sent to me right away. Thanks for taking care of this in a timely manner.
