The chair has good cushioning and back support.The rollers are nice and smooth. The armrest is at a good height for working on a desk. It arrived sooner than expected and was easy to assemble. It looks great and is an overall good product!

I absolutely loved this chair! I used it all afternoon today, and I can say it’s incredibly comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support kept my back feeling great even after several hours. The flip-up armrests are super convenient, and the design is sleek and very elegant. The quality of the faux leather exceeds my expectations. Honestly, it’s worth every penny for the price. I feel like I made a great choice, and I’d definitely buy it again!

Like many people who formerly worked in an office, I started working remotely in March 2020. My company was going through a merger at the time and we closed down an office so I was able to take home a VERY high-quality chair.
I continued working for that company full-time until last summer but stayed in a part-time capacity in order to help with the transition. I recently ended that and offered to return the chair and my computer equipment. I didn’t think they’d want it back since they had moved again in the meantime.
I had to desperately find a replacement quickly. I had bought cheap office chairs before and knew those would not be an option. I spend all day in my office so it had to be as close to the commercial quality level as I could get without costing anything like the commercial ones do.
This chair had better reviews than most and was reasonably priced so I gave it a shot. Delivery was fast. I was able to assemble it easily and have used it for a couple of weeks now.
The seat is comfortable. I’m a fairly large dude (235 lb) so airline seats can be uncomfortable. This chair’s seat is plenty wide. I also like that the arms fold up so I can push the chair under the desk when I’m not using it.
It does lean back – but not as far as what I was used to with the commercial office chair.
The biggest reason I didn’t give it five stars – it doesn’t seem possible to adjust it nearly as well as the higher-end chairs. It goes up and down and there’s a manual sliding lumbar support. I always feel like I’m leaning forward a tad and can’t find a way to adjust that.
Overall – I’d recommend it compared to cheaper chairs but if you can afford it – buy a more expensive one to get more comfort and more adjustability.

As the headline says this chair, for me, is an incredible value. I was worried about ordering a chair as I didn’t want to deal with returning it if it didn’t work out, been there and it’s not fun. I really have nothing bad to say about the chair. It’s been a month so I can’t say how it will hold up long term, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. I’m 6’3 200lbs and the chair fits me very well. Assembly was quite easy and straight forward for one person. Initially the seat was a bit firm, but in the instructions it said to loosen the cushion before use and it made a big difference. Its soft without being too plush. Back support is quite good as well. The castors roll easily on the hard wood, it’s easy to clean and it looks good. This is not a premium chair and the price reflects this so I would keep expectations realistic as far as adjust-ability and customization to you. I cannot speak to customer service as I have not had any reason to contact the company. I’m very satisfied with the purchase so far.

I recently purchased this black office chair, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Right out of the box, the assembly was straightforward, and I had it set up in no time.

Surprisingly comfortable. The seat is pvc leather I think? Easy to clean. Might get little hot in summer, but anyway sit in the room with a/c so should be fine.
It has lumbar support, and the width of the seat fits me very well. It also has some flexibly to lean on it, would be better if it has more flexibility.
Overall the chair is light and can move on carpet easily, which is much better than my previous ikea chair, and it’s also sturdy.
Overall it’s a good basic office chair, meets all basic needs while offering comfortness.
