I purchased this chair for our daughter, and she loves it! Assembly was straightforward thanks to clear instructions and well-labeled hardware. The included Allen wrench with a “T” handle made the process even easier. The chair itself is impressive. The adjustable lumbar support, armrests, and height make customization easy and comfortable. The seat is spacious, with a 3-inch-thick pad that remains comfortable after hours. The five caster wheels glide smoothly, and the chair’s pivoting motion is effortless.

Comfortable and easy to put together, but I’ve already had the arm rests slip out of position when leaning on them or bumping into them. They can be adjusted left and right plus forwards and backwards, but for me, this isn’t useful and there’s no way to lock them. I like the ability to lean back, but you can’t lock into a certain leaning position either. The seat is more comfortable than my last chair, and I like how the seat isn’t mesh so crumbs and dust can’t get trapped. It’s an adjustment and I’m not sure if I like it better than my last chair, overall. Also, the listing I’m reviewing is not B0DKP341VM with the headrest and mesh seat, but rather B0D46C1JK2. The seller changed the item after ordering.

I generally don’t comment on packaging but this product arrive securely padded and packed in a heavy duty shipping carton. The instructions and diagrams are easy to follow, and read as if written by a native speaker in both English and Spanish. The materials and hardware are both top quality, the bolts of three different lengths are clearly labeled on a blister pack card. The adjustable lumbar support and chair height as well as the armrests make the chair easy to customize. The chair pad is roomy and at more than 3 inches thick is quite comfortable even after hours of use. The 5 caster wheels move freely and the pivot side to side is effortless. The bolts and washers are easy to install with an included Allen wrench on a “T” handle. The most surprising thing about this chair is the price, given the quality, construction, and design, this chair is an outstanding value. With absolutely no negatives to report, this office chair isHighly Recommended.

I’m enjoying this chair in my office now. I can say the assembly was easy to accomplish for one person. The chair is comfortable and offers some decent lower lumbar support. This review is for a Marsail MSOC9B office chair, that is similar to this one except it has a 3” thick foam cushion seat and no head rest. The chair takes about half an hour to assemble and comes with some of the best instructions I have seen and all the needed fasteners for each step are in separate bubbles, along with an Allen wrench that puts the one you get from IKEA to shame. This chair has adjustable arm rests that can be lifted up if you don’t want to use them. It also has an adjustable lumbar support system. It has standard adjustable rocking action and gas spring height adjustment. The bottom line is that this is a very rugged, yet attractive office chair for anyone, including a fairly large person.

I just finished putting it together. The legs are not plastic very sturdy. Wheels are plastic. Love the mesh on the seat. Exactly what l was looking for an all mesh chair that’s airy. I am a middle aged woman and it took me an half hour to put together. I move slow and put it together by myself. Has great instructions and all screws are labeled to where they go. They even put white gloves in the package. Very easy to put together. Arms have left and right on the back so you know which side to attach it. The manufacture did an excellent job with labeling everything and the instructions in the book is easy to understand. I am happy with the whole process. I recommend this chair so far. I recommend seller. It came very well packaged and nothing broken or missing. Will make another review after several months. Want to see how it holds up. Not cheap looking. You can see the mesh in the seat. Hope it holds up for years. First time l bought a mesh chair with mesh seat. It feels great so far.

My review is for the Marsail MSOC9B office chair, it doesn’t have the headrest or a mesh seat, instead it has a nice thick padded seat. The chair took about 45 minutes to put together from start to finish. The allen wrench with the T handle is a fabulous tool. All the parts needed are well organized in a blister pack and a few spare parts are even included and labeled as such. The quality of the parts and the build on this chair are outstanding. It’s super comfortable to sit in, has gas lift for height adjustment, adjustable lumbar support and armrests that fold all the way back. The five casters roll super smooth on rugs or hard surface. I’m really liking this chair!
