    Bought this product and put it together on Sunday. Product was shipped without IR Receiver. So I reached out to the company to get this resolved. Well the company is not wanting to ship the IR receiver. They keep making excuses about can’t fine the order or you can operate the light without the IR Receiver.

    This is has been going on for three days.

    So folks before you buy from this company beware that if your product is not complete you will need to work directly with Amazon.

    As far as the product nice desk for the price and looks great. Easy to assemble.

    Is said in the title the upper shelf is absolutely trash. It has zero structural support which caused it to break after just 5 months of having my monitor on its lucky for my I was awake and noticed it so my monitor didn’t slam into the floor. The main part of the desk is very sturdy, mainly because it has ACTUALLY STRUCTURAL SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF METAR BARS. So 3 out of 5 stats. Why? Because, that top shelf was needed to keep my desk organized. Now that it’s gone ill need a new desk. The extra space it proved was crucial to my work flow and freeing up my work space.
    So to recap. Main desk good. Secondary shelf, bad. With that in mind. I wouldn’t recommend this desk at full price for that specific reason. If it’s on sale for a decent amount off, get it. If not, pass on it.

    I looked for a desk in the $100 price range for temporary use while living with a relative for a few months. When I move into my new house, I thought I’d leave the desk behind. I’m not so sure I’ll leave it behind now. The desk was easy to assemble, roomy and solid. The strip of LED lights dress up the carbon-fiber-like desk surface nicely. Built-in power and USB outlets are a bonus.

    This GTRacing desk is more than I expected for the price.

    The desk is, sturdy, attractive, and well-designed. The LED strip lighting effect adds a nice touch. But the one that came with mine would only display green and blue, and neither the remote nor app worked properly to control the effects or turn it on and off. So I got basically only a steady blue or flashing green-blue. Contacted the manufacturer and they asked me first the usual stuff (check all connections, download the app, etc.) and then asked for a video showing the problem (which I did) and then asked for another video showing me making all connections tightly and securely. At that point I gave up on the dog and pony show and decided I can live with just the blue. So, AYOR.
